We are convinced of the quality and reliability of our products and solutions!
Therefore, we are extending the factory warranty from 2 to 3 years to now 5 years for all our current hardware products - at no extra charge. In addition, we offer you the opportunity to extend the warranty period up to 8 years!

Section 7 Warranty

1. The warranty period is twelve (12) months from the handover of the product, also where the warranty is based on a breach of MOBOTIX. Where the Customer is a consumer (Section 13 BGB), the warranty period will be eighteen (18) months from the handover of the product. Where the legal transaction involves a purchase of consumer goods (Section 474(1) BGB), the warranty period will be two (2) years from the handover of the product (Section 475(2) BGB).
